Copyright of any and all material created for the client shall remain the property of T Norman Internet Services (TNIS) until payment of final invoice.

All quotations are for the work listed only. Any extra work or changes will be invoiced accordingly.

We ask that all necessary information is provided in a timely manner. Failure to provide required information within 14 days of an agreed date may result in the cancellation of the project as well as loss of deposit.

A deposit of up to 50% of the quoted cost is required in advance. Once project has begun this deposit is non refundable.

We accept the following payment methods: Cheque, Bankers Draft or Credit/debit cards via Paypal.

All invoices should be settled within 30 days of the Invoice date. No projects will go ‘live’ until payment is received in full.

Once a project has begun the client has the right to cancellation at any time. However any monies already paid will not be refunded.

The first year’s domain and hosting fees are included in all new project quotations. A subsequent annual fee will apply for as long as your site remains live. This fee will vary depending on the maintenance package you choose.

TNIS are not responsible for ongoing website marketing. Should further site marketing be required a separate contract must be agreed.

All new projects are provided to and accepted by the client, upon final payment, as complete. TNIS are not responsible for ongoing support and maintenance unless otherwise agreed.

All new accounts are provided with a minimum of 20mb hosting space on our server and 1gb of data transfer per month unless otherwise agreed in writing with TNIS. A copy of our full Hosting account Terms and Condition is available for download below.

In addition to our standard terms & conditions the following also apply.

• The website address (domain) is subject to availability, we can accept no liability for your chosen domain being unavailable. We will of course offer advice on alternatives that may meet yours and your business needs.
• Email can be diverted to your existing email address to enable you to receive mail without adjusting your PC settings. Alternatively a dedicated email inbox can be created for up to 10 email addresses.
• The pages can be of any subject you wish (subject to legality).
• Each page can contain up to 3 images (in addition to your company logo) and 5 paragraphs of text

An update as specified in our maintenance packages can be either:

• Replacement of a single photograph with a new image supplied in digital format by you.
• Replacement or amendment of a single paragraph of text.
